Application Process & Waiting List

Please note: All playing membership categories (Ordinary, Country, Overseas and Junior) are currently full and are operating a waiting list.

Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of Ladybank Golf Club. Due to strong demand, applications are managed via a waiting list to ensure we maintain the quality of the playing and club experience for all members.

To apply for membership, simply complete our online application form. The form asks for a proposer and seconder from the current membership; however, if you don’t yet know anyone at Ladybank, please don’t worry – we will be happy to guide you through the process as this should not prevent you from applying.

A £100 deposit is required when submitting an application for Ordinary membership. This secures your place on the waiting list and will be deducted from the joining fee when you are invited to take up membership. Please note that the deposit is non‑refundable should you decide not to proceed.

Waiting List Timeline

All categories are currently managed via waiting lists, with invitations issued as places become available.

Ordinary Membership

On 1st February, the first 30 applicants on the waiting list for Ordinary membership will be invited to take up membership.
A further review will take place at the end of February / March, once we have confirmed how many current Ordinary members have resigned as part of the annual subscription renewal process.

Additional applicants may then be invited to join in order to make up any shortfall. Any applicants not offered a place will remain on the waiting list and be carried forward to the following year, with their position preserved.

Other Membership Categories (Country, Overseas & Junior)

These categories are currently at capacity and are operating waiting lists. Places are offered on a one-out, one-in basis as places become available following the annual subscription renewal process.

This approach allows us to welcome new members in a fair and transparent manner, while protecting the exceptional standards and atmosphere of the Club.

A Club with Heritage and a Modern Outlook
